Output Factory Server can send email notifications when certain events and errors occur.

Email templates are stored in the following file:
~/Library/Application Support/Zevrix/Output Factory Server/ServerSettings.plist

Use the [+] and [-] buttons to create/delete the templates. Once a template is created, it becomes available in the Use Template pop-up menu of workflow's Email settings.

Email Addresses
In the Kind column you can select two types of email addresses:
• Text: Enter a valid email address.
• XMP Variable: Select an XMP Variable to obtain the email address from InDesign file metadata during output.

Tokens

Use the Tokens pop-up menu to insert variable data such as file name, date, event description etc. into email body and subject. Place cursor first into the Subject or Body field, then use the Tokens pop-up to insert tokens into the desired field.
