Log Collection Instructions

The LogCollector folder

The downloaded folder contains the LogCollector app and a security certificate for macOS Tahoe and later.
On macOS 26 Tahoe and later, double-click the file enable-log-private-data.mobileconfig and approve its installation in the resulting dialog.

To collect the logs, please do the following:

Reproduce the issue with your product.

Open LogCollector and select your product.

Note: On macOS 10.15 Catalina or later, you may receive a security warning that prevents you from running LogCollector. Please follow these instructions to allow LogCollector to run: https://zevrix.com/allow-non-notarized-app

LogCollector will gather two logs in your Documents folder (it can take a few moments) and then open the folder
   automatically in the Finder

Send us the two new logs named as:

<product name>_<timestamp>.log
system.log_<timestamp>.log

P.S. If the logs are too large to send by email (over 10 MB), you can upload them to our SFTP site (below) or any other location of your choice:
