Zevrix Solutions announces the release of LinkOptimizer 3.3.8, a maintenance update to its workflow solution to eliminate excessive image data in Adobe InDesign documents automatically. LinkOptimizer allows to reduce the size of InDesign jobs and increase the processing speed by optimizing image size and resolution. The software can also convert image colors, run Photoshop Actions and perform some other Photoshop functions automatically.
Toronto (ON), Canada - June 14, 2009 - Zevrix Solutions announces the release of LinkOptimizer 3.3.8, a maintenance update to its workflow automation solution to eliminate excessive image data in Adobe InDesign documents. LinkOptimizer allows to reduce the size of InDesign jobs and increase the processing speed by optimizing image size and resolution.
LinkOptimizer automatically reduces the image resolution, scales and crops the images in Photoshop according to their dimensions in the InDesign document and the target resolution specified, and reimports them to InDesign at 100%. In addition, LinkOptimizer can automate image color conversion, apply sharpening, merge and delete layers, and run Photoshop Actions during processing.
LinkOptimizer dramatically improves workflows of service providers, printers, ad agencies and publishing houses by letting users achieve more with the same or less resources:
